Wall Host Call Thursday, March 16, 2017

wall faqs:

  1. Will Live Happy be providing me with a physical wall or do I have to build my own?
Live Happy will not be shipping physical walls to locations for IDOH 2017. Wall Hosts are required to build their own walls. You can download instructions on how to build a wall here. Have fun with it, be creative!

  2. What size does the wall need to be?
Ultimately the size of the wall is dependent on the wall host, but we recommend the wall be 10 feet wide by 7 feet high if you plan to have around 1000 attendees at the wall.

  3. Can I get reimbursed for materials that I purchased to build my own wall?
Live Happy will not be issuing any reimbursements on materials you purchase to build your own wall.

  4. Am I allowed to have extra activities at my wall? If so, are there any restrictions I must abide by?
You are more than welcome to have extra activities happening at the wall; we just ask that you abide by the rules of the location. You should not have anyone selling products or services at your wall event—this is a day to spread happiness!

  5. What days should I host my happiness wall since March 20 falls on a Monday?
The ‘official’ day to host a wall the weekend prior to March 20 is on Saturday, March 18.

  6. Do you have music I can play at my wall?
We have created a Spotify Playlist to celebrate the International Day of Happiness! You can add us on Spotify by visiting our page or by searching our profile name LiveHappyMagazine on the Spotify app. We have multiple playlists but one specifically created for the International Day of Happiness with 4 hours of tunes. Put the playlist on shuffle and repeat and enjoy the happy tunes throughout your day!

  4. What does the wall kit include?

  5. I didn't get enough wall cards in my wall kit. Can I get the file to print them on my own?
Certainly! You can print the wall card here.

  6.  How many #HappyActs shirts will I be receiving?
Live Happy will be providing up to 10 (ten) free #HappyActs t-shirts for each wall location. Each wall location captain will receive a code via email to use on the Live Happy Store. If we have multiple emails on file for one location, the wall captain will be emailed with the unique t-shirt code, so please be in contact with your team. Email happyacts@livehappy.com if you do not receive your code by February 28, 2017. Be sure to order your shirts by Friday, March 10, 2017. If your order is placed after this date, Live Happy cannot guarantee that your shirt order will be delivered on time.

  7. I need more than 10 (ten) free #HappyActs shirts for my event, can I get more?
